Artist's Comments
This was an assignment for SCAD's GRDS 348 Graphic Design Studio I class. I had to create a post card promoting Photographer's Andrea Robbins and Max Becher.
The paper texture and camera are both stock images from sxc.hu. The watercolor brushes are from somewhere on dA. I know, I'm horrible for not citing my sources, but it took a long time to find the resources in the first place, so please excuse my laziness. I chose to bring an older camera to life by splashing watercolors behind it, showing that any type of technology can be used to create something beautiful. This is not reflective of the equipment the photographers featured use, so I took a bit of creative license. The stamp on the back features a photograph by the speakers. Comments and critique very welcome and appreciated. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
